Lucy has worked as producer, executive/series producer, producer/director and production manager on shorts, features, drama series and TV documentaries for broadcasters such as BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Sky and Al Jazeera two of which, L8r and Holloway Hairdo have won BAFTA, RTS and Silver awards. Her recent programme for Al Jazeera, Fistula Hospital, was runner up for the Japan Prize 2011. Lucy has been Series Producer and Producer/Director on current affairs series for Channel 5, Current TV, More4 News and a cross platform Live Surgery broadcast for Wellcome Trust, BBC and Guardian online.

Lucy also teaches documentary production at the London Film Academy, Documentary Film makers Group (DFG) and Queen Mary, University of London and gives seminars and talks at various organisations.
